each industry and its place have its benefit and disadvantages. Here will be presented some bad and positive sides of having business in a special economic zone.
Some advantages of being a member of special trade and industry zone are:
- Bussinesses do not have to pay any sorts of taxes
- The place of the specialzones, is in very appropriate areas, close to motorways and includes big
parking space
- In case of emergency and good success of the specialzone, home organizations can give their assist
The disadvantages of having business in the SSE are:
- The corporation should be run from 3 to 5 years in the SSE- it is able to be difficult in times of crisis to run the company and do not run up a
debt.
- You should pay rent for the surface you make a use of – in
crisis it can be a large minus for your business.
