The first one is the set wage for completing given job. It is the most honest way of accounting the wage, but there should be one condition: the employee is familiar in advance how much point in time it will take to complete the task. Otherwise, it will be senseless and risky for the employee.
The second one is checking the moment in time which the employee dedicate to the given task. Twenty years ago, the statement would not have sense, but in twenty-first century, in 2014, it is probable to track the point in time of the employee distantly. The boss uses the
software called employee time tracking which is on just when the employee does some work for the company.
What are the strongest things of the software?
The supervisor can be sure that the cash he or she spends on the worker is right and honest.
The manager can observes what are the strongest and the worst points of every employees – the supervisor can also assigned them the most appropriate jobs which can meet their abilities and information. The employee knows that laziness will not help him/her in achieving achievement and what is more, cheating the supervisor will have the financial consequences.
