A while ago I have opened my own company. It is not a big one. I would say it is rather small. We operate just in the local district and we provide one of these services that are very popular and everyone uses occasionally. There is only 1 problem with that branch – the competition is very tough. Moreover, all competitors provide the same services for the same price. In this industry, there is no room for different services neither for its modifications.

There is also no possibility to leave a price as it is already on the brink of profitability. Hence, it was clear that there was not many possibilities. Even if the service was amazing and our employee was very proffesional and supportive, there was a high probability that our customer won’t remember our name in a few weekd, when will be in need to use this service again. Earlier we even arranged a tiny research that confirmed it! So, after lots of discussions and brainstorming in our office, we decided about 2 crucial things.

Firstly, we are supposed to to have a name which is greatly easy to remember thus clients can easily recall it every time when they have to use our service again. Nevertheless, this is not so obvious as it could seem to be. Many companies have rather easy names. The main problem is that easy doesn’t automatically equals to easy to remember. Therefore, we have made a decision to choose only 1 word. This word had to be directly connected with our industry and services. Actually, it is actually the first word that comes into your mind when you wonder about this type of services.

Secondly, we made a decision to create banners. But this was not just creating banners. Lots of companies have banners but this doesn’t naturally mean that customers know them and are able to recognize them. As I said, we wanted our clients entirely remember us. Therefore, we didn’t try to guess how to design a successful banner. We decided to ask specialists in banner printing nyc sector on their experience.
